Welcome to Hyped Hounds. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Hyped Hounds provides professional dog training, daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Specific details of each service are provided during consultations or booking. All services are subject to availability.

2. Appointment Policies

  • Scheduling: All appointments, including consultations, training, grooming, and daycare, must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

3. Requirements for Dogs

To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, the following requirements must be met:

  • All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, and bordetella.

  • Proof of a negative fecal test within the last three months is required.

  • Dogs must be free from fleas, ticks, and other parasites.

  • Any special health or behavioral concerns must be disclosed before services begin.

4. Liability

  • Hyped Hounds is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions or behavioral issues.

  • By enrolling your dog in our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dog care, training, and socialization.

  • Hyped Hounds is not responsible for damages caused by your dog during or outside of services.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Personal items such as leashes, collars, and food must be labeled with your dog's name.

  • Hyped Hounds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Payments and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure training, boarding, or grooming appointments.

  • The remaining balance is due on the first day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments may result in the cancellation of services or additional fees.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for services already provided or deposits for missed appointments. Exceptions may apply at Hyped Hounds' sole discretion.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their dog, including health, behavior, and training history.

  • Clients must adhere to all instructions provided by Hyped Hounds staff to ensure the success of services and the safety of their dog.

9. Changes to Services

Hyped Hounds reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit services without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant changes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hyped Hounds website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Hyped Hounds and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of St Clair County. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be resolved in the appropriate courts of St Clair County.
